A while back I looked into doing military book illustration. Its a subject I’ve been fascinated with since I was a child and to be able to create images of some of the most iconic tanks of the war was a dream come true. So I did some tests to find the best and fastest techniques and discovered you can’t really make anything from it. Publishers wanted exclusive printing rights and to deal with an agent who wanted their own cut of the pittance they were willing to pay which considering it was taking the best part of a week to create  these pictures wasn’t exactly inviting. So I moved onto other things
