Yes, I’ve been a bit quiet. I have actually written a few blog posts but they’ve either been trashed, saved as drafts or are in private mode. Non of them were really worth posting.

But my main reason for the lack of postage is that I’ve mostly been staying clear of the net and going through as many tutorials and training as I can with the intention of upping my knowledge in some key areas as much as possible and I find the net can be an unnecessary distraction (except when its not, naturally). While I have my core skills I’ve found others, that I thought were incidental and took for granted, are essential and highly valued in other areas so I’ve been exploring further afield. And not to mention a number of projects I’ve been offered that require a different subset of skills altogether. Exciting times.
